Refund Policy

Our general policy is not to offer refunds as with online consultation you are paying for the Doctors time and assistance, however we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise so please do reach out to us in that case. If you experience issues that prevent you from using a purchased feature, such as app downtime or technical difficulties, we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly.
 
**Special Case Scenarios:**
In the event of app downtime or technical issues that impact your ability to use a paid feature, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the incident. We are here to ensure that any concerns are resolved as quickly as possible.
 
**Review Process:**
Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate course of action. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed promptly. All refunds will be issued within 2 days of approval and will be credited to the same card used for the original payment.
