We do not store any detailed health information however we do keep a record of appointments that may include your symptoms you highlighted while booking the consultation to keep a record of past appointments.  

• For Doctors: We collect information such as your name, contact details, professional qualifications. 

2. How We Use Your Information We use the information collected to:

• Facilitate and improve consultations between users and healthcare professionals. 

• Communicate important updates regarding your account or our services. 

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Verification purposes 

Payment Processing: Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Wellora does not collect or store any payment details such as bank or card information.

 Access to your information is limited to authorized personnel, and we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our platform is designed with data security measures to protect your personal information. 

4. Sharing Your Information

• For Users (Patients): We share your name, address, contact number and email address with the healthcare professional conducting your consultation. This enables them to write prescriptions and notify you regarding your medication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. 

• For Doctors: Your name and professional information, such as qualifications, is displayed on your profile to users seeking consultations. Your personal information is email or contact details is not shared with anyone.

• Request corrections to any inaccurate information. 

• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
